The eLOCK is the answer proximity reader for using proximity cards on existing cabinets, lockers or refrigerators. Models are available with optional keypad and prox readers. The eLOCK is a stand alone, access control electronic lock with a motor-driven latch. The eLock is simple to install on virtually any cabinet with no requirements for external wiring to power or communication networks. Its uncompromising lock control electronics include a non-volatile memory that stores 250 user / supervisor codes and audit trail. With optional LockView™ audit trail software, the eLOCK remembers 1500 access attempts. Programming is simple; supervisors can add and delete users at the unit or they can use the optional Windows™ based LockView™ software. NUMEROUS APPLICATIONS . . . Powered by 4 AA batteries (6 volts), the eLock can be mounted on cabinet doors and drawers, medical carts, patient files, hospital / pharmacy refrigerators — anywhere access control is needed or required. TOTALLY SECURE OPERATION When a valid credential is detected, the green LED illuminates, the locking mechanism opens and there is a positive confirmation beep.
