Click-Operated RF Functionality for Long Range Applications: The AID ID RKE reader works in conjunction with the RKE click-operated RF transmitter fob. Together they provide up to 100 feet* of read range ensuring end user convenience as well as personal security. RF IDeas uses wireless, omni directional RF technology that does not need to be aimed at a receiver or require direct line of site. The RKE Fob has two buttons which can be a factory programmed for individual functionality. The standard programming enables the use of one button for “IN” use and the other button for “OUT” use. Since each AIR ID RKE reader has two distinct Wiegand outputs, only one receiver is required for IN/OUT applications where both entrances/exits are in close proximity to one another.
